The rooms were adequate for our party of four, with the bonus of having bread delivered in the morning.
The pool, although occasionally busy, was enjoyable for a refreshing swim. The location was incredible, just a short bus ride away from the airport and close to the beach.

Stayed in an a nice size and well-appointed room with balcony. I could use a safe box and a balcony. Location: the hotel was close enough to the seaside and shops, gorgeous Cagnes beach & port...

Convenient parking, very close to Nice center, by car. Beautiful area, nice restaurants in walking distance. And there is a nice small shop to buy food, closeby.
I can not believe I slept on a sofa for 3 days. I think the most important element of a hotel room is the bed. However we were shocked by seeing that there is no bed for adults in the room. A sofa: opened to be bed during the night, and packed back during the day, very noisy, even a slight move wakes up you partner. Plus, the reception is closed at 7:00 pm. So you need to check-in earlier, and if you need anything after that, no chance. One more thing: There is no hairdrier in the room. If you catch the reception, you ask for one to borrow.

Comfortable double room, had a nice modern feel to it, and even came with a balcony for enjoying the view 🌅.

Location was excellent, close to airport and beaches etc.
The bed was horrible that was in the room. They should change the "bunkbeds" to new ones immediately...

It's located just next to Nice, with it's own closed area (you can only enter in case of having the security code). Close to the beach and boulevard. You can order fresh bread every day.
Parking spaces in closed parking are very narrow. Pool closes at 18:00.

our recent stay in saint-laurent-du-var was made even more special by our celebrating anniversary at pierre & vacances. the location, right on the beach, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nearby bars and restaurants. the facilities, including the swimming pool and well-equipped kitchen, exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Mattress cover stained.

hotel was right across the street from the beach. I liked having so many restaurants to choice from on the strip next to the beach. comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children or 2 single adults.
I didn't like that the office closed at 7:00. If you are arriving after that call ahead and get the code to the gate. The hallways are a little dark and smelling but the room's are clean and well lit.

Good location for a family holiday, short distance to Nice, Antibes and Cannes. Free car park in the garage was a big plus. Also Close to Cap 3000 shopping centre. Friendly staff, good English skills.
The floors were dirty when we came in, had to wipe them ourselves. The separate toilet did not have a sink, which was a bit strange.

I stayed at the Residence Heliotel Marine for a week and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, just a short bus ride from Nice and within walking distance of charming restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I loved the balcony and the quiet atmosphere. The pool was also great, not crowded at all. a fantastic stay and I will definitely return.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only 2 things - is not far away from Nice and they have a parking place.
1. The reception sometimes is closed you must wait 1-2 hours to get a room! 2.Room's cleaning not included in hotel's duties-if you want do it yourself. 3.Noisy roads around the hotel. 4.We've slept on squeaky sofa instead regular bed. 5.You will get only 1 soap, 1 shampoo no matter how long and how many you will be at hotel. Keep you towels clean because they will be with you during your stay there. 6.Price not included breakfast, but even if you want is difficult for the hotel, because they haven't a restaurant.

The location was absolutely perfect for our family. We were just a short walk away from the beautiful Port of Nice, where we enjoyed strolling along the marina and taking in the stunning views. The children's playground on-site was a big hit with our kids, providing hours of fun and entertainment. The resort also had an amazing heated water park, which the whole family loved. It was great to have exclusive access to these facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
For dads, it would be great if there were more organized sports activities available for the children.

It is very good stay for family vacation.
There are no hairdryers in the rooms, it's not really comfortable for those people who needs it for every day. 10 A.M. check out is not comfortable as well !
